Looking to hire someone with handyman and construction skill sets. job details include but not limited to maintenance, repairs, small to medium sized remodeling and make ready projects. please send your name, phone number and/or email and a list of things you know how to do. we are looking for full time with minimum of 40 hours a week or more if you want more hours by working saturdays. this will be a 1099 contracted job. we will be paying weekly after calculating total number of hours/days worked. must have own car, cell phone and basic tools for the trade like impact, drill, hammer and etc. but we will provide tools if needed. will need some basic knowledge of basic plumbing, basic electrical, simple wood work, framing, painting, drywall and tiling.
pay will $15-$22/h starting at $15/h but will raise it depending on performance and skill/experience.
