Customer service advisor - collections - united kingdom, lancashire

here at 247money we are currently looking for exceptional people to join our growing collections advisor team! you will primarily focus on managing customers arrears cases on car hire purchase agreements and identifying the most effective solutions for our valued customers as well as the business. as a collections advisor, you will excel in providing the best customer service for all our customers and be motivated to build a career in collections.we pride ourselves in making sure we give our collections advisors the opportunity to grow and progress whilst receiving excellent training and ongoing development.

responsibilities includecollecting on customer agreements that are in arrears, ensuring good outcomes for both our customers and our business.adhering to our qa/compliance guidelines when communicating with customers either verbally or written. ensuring that the highest level of service is consistently delivered to our customers. identifying and dealing with vulnerable customers in line with the carfinance 247 guidelines. applying use of the forbearance when collecting on arrears agreements, where appropriate, assessing the customers circumstances and matching the best solutions to them.hours are hours per week on a rota'd shift pattern. 2-3 months into the role, we are able to offer hybrid working (3 days in the office, 2 days from home).
