our client has recently won new contracts in heathrow and surrey and is looking to expands its engineering department.
their engineers are trusted to keep their vehicles safe and compliant, whilst building relations with drivers, controllers and run out supervisors, ensuring they have vehicles to cover our service requirements 24/7, 365 days a year.
they are looking for skilled engineers ideally nvq level 3 with irtec qualifications, or hgv engineers keen to move into the psv sector would be welcome, as would lgv engineers.
most important is a positive can-do attitude motivated to work alone or as part of the team. carrying out safety inspections, routine servicing, and fault diagnostic work, there is never a dull day.
a good diagnostic skill level is paramount to keeping their fleet on the road, confidence in using several diagnostic databases and manufactures diagnostic tools will ensure our fleet is correctly maintained.
full onsite training will be given to anyone crossing from other transport sectors, and they value and reward the skills brought into the business.
located south of heathrow our night engineers work a four on four off 12-hour shift pattern, 1800h – 0600h with a 1-hour unpaid break.
