Ar clerk - united states, st. charles (maryland)

you landing a new ar clerk in jessup, would be pretty good, but you landing a new ar clerk job with us would be simply awesome!  it can happen, because we’re looking for ar clerk available monday - fridays 8:00am-5:00pm to join the amazing team at adecco!

here’s a preview of what you’ll be working on as a ar clerk:

experience with business to business receivables

review and approve or hold daily customer orders from the credit queue established by customer service department from the previous or current morning order queue

ensure the timely processing of customer receivable status

resolve customer disputed account balances and answer customer questions pertaining to accounts receivable status.

may issue customer credits within limits

collect past due accounts and bad checks

initiate legal remedies for collection and revoke customers’ credit accounts where necessary

ensure customers are mailed statements

review accounts daily to make the termination of accepting payment arrangements for the delivery of product

provide guidance and support to the other members of the department

 

here is what experience is required ar good track record of past ar familiar with microsoft office products
