work location radius: 10 miles from 40213 about client: ups critical is located in louisville, off grade lane. they sort eyewear for walmart and other clients that process eyeglasses. team requesting: onsite manager tara jackson, field point of contact: same logistics director bobbie ibara sales executive: t temp to hire – flexible schedules you name it they will work with you. $100 referral bonus – sunday appreciation bonus. $1 per hour worked. job description: (please add to the description this is for our internal team to source and assess candidates) order sorters – order sorters duties include but are not limited to; making boxes, sorting eyeglasses by skew code, taping boxes shut, printing shipping labels, and general warehouse housekeeping. these are temp to hire positions in a fast paced warehouse environment. there will be stooping, reaching, bending over so candidates must be able to do these things safely. lifting between 10 – 35 lbs. special requirements or call outs: (ex: standing for long hours, lifting requirements, etc.) non-climate-controlled warehouse environment fast paced standing full shift transportation/parking information (is the client’s site accessible by public transportation? does client validate parking? parking on site, yes on bus route conversational / qualifying temp to hire hours: 8pm to 2:30am mon-friday and sunday 4a-11a is ot required: no but may be available because going into peak ppe/dress code: (list any ppe the candidate will need to provide. ex: steel toed shoes) jeans, shirt, closed toe shoes. direct send education/certification requirements: n/a experience requirements: (ex: entry level, 5 years, etc.) entry assessments needed: (list any assess testing needed) n/a background exception
