Lockbox specialist - united states, albany (georgia)

adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill a lockbox specialist position. 

 

type: 40hrs/wk.  contract

start date:  asap

location:  college park, ga (local candidates only)

pay: $18.31/hr

length: eleven (11) months with the possibility of extension

shift:  thu – sun, 730p – 6a or 745p – 615a, training sun-wed 730p -615a

 

note:  this is in-office, onsite. no other options available.

 

responsibilities for the position of lockbox specialist include but are not limited to:   

 

manage multiple queues

batch and prepare non-image cash letters for shipment to the item processing site and distribution of merchandise received

responsible for retrieving, handling, and processing rejected transactions

utilize outbound mail system for labeling closed mail, merchandise received, and labeling foreign items

meet customer deadlines
 

qualifications for this lockbox specialist job:

 

must be able to lift/move boxes, trays, and racks of work up to 50lbs

minimum of high school diploma or equivalent

stay informed of key priorities and business updates

works well under pressure

organized and detail orientated
