Remote digital marketing & ecommerce analyst, web intelligence - united states, louisville

adecco creative & marketing is working with one of the largest appliance companies in the us to find a digital marketing & ecommerce analyst of web intelligence.  in this role, you will partner with and support our web intelligence program. the ideal candidate will be excited about analyzing website visitor behavior and consumer product reviews, investigating trends, and providing insights and recommendations. they will also look for connections and correlations to deepen understanding and learnings for ecommerce and digital brand teams.

responsibilities

perform activities associated with analysis and reporting of digital marketing performance and engagement including, but not limited to:

maintain existing and implement new:

pixels

web event tracking (data layer events)

dashboards and visualizations

big query/sql queries

site property setup/admin

analyze website performance

build an innate understanding of key metrics & growth levers within new ga4 platform

exploratory analysis to identify optimization opportunities across sites

weekly/monthly/quarterly analysis of conversion drivers and site trends

a/b/multi-variant testing and analysis

conducting exploratory and descriptive analysis around digital campaign and user experience

provide ad hoc analysis and reporting in response to internal data requests

partner with dt (it) as needed for projects and analysis

qualifications

bachelors degree

1-3 years’ experience in web analytics, ga360 or ga4 a plus

experience with tag management systems, google tm a plus

knowledge of a/b testing tools, google optimize a plus

ability to construct and modify sql for advanced queries, google big query a plus

ability to communicate clearly and effectively in a professional manner, both orally and in writing, at all levels within and outside the organization
