Part-time administrative assistant - united states, louisville

responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:

  • answering inbound calls with knowledge gained from business aspects training
  • completing microsoft excel reports given from administrative staff
  • handling inbound/outbound forms of communication (fax, email, phone, and mail)
  • perform other related duties as assigned
  • qualifications:

  • minimum 3 years experience in an administrative role with heavy microsoft excel use. 
  • must be detailed oriented self-starter
  • ability to deal effectively with customers in a fast-paced environment
  • strong communication skills with the ability to present information to board members
  • advanced knowledge of microsoft office in excel, powerpoint, and word
  •  

    pay for this position is $17-18/hr. based on experience. must be available to work a monday-friday 10 am to 2 pm schedule!
