job details:

type: full-time (40 hours / week)

length: 12 months; temp to hire opportunity!

pay: $18.50/hr.

shift/hours: wed – friday & every other saturday; 6:00 pm – 6:00 am

this is an onsite position in austin, tx.

description:

accurately receives goods, verifies items against the record of shipment, and inspects condition.

responsible for inspection, identification, and delivery to stocking locations.

pulls, packages, and stages customer orders for loading and shipping.

daily activities will include receiving, stocking, and issuance of spare parts.

this position is in an office style setting at a manufacturing site.

requirements:

high school diploma or equivalent

a background in warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, delivery, and inventory.

ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

this position requires a large amount of walking - 10,000-15,000 steps a day

forklift operator experience is a plus but not required

knowledge of 5s methodology is a plus.
