adecco has a great opportunity for virtual call center associate in pinellas park, fl. pay is $13.50/hour depending on skills. these virtual call center associate jobs are full time, temp to perm, with the opportunity for overtime.
responsibilities:
answer phones/chats/emails regarding customer order inquiries
must be comfortable on a computer with ability to navigate multiple windows/screens
strong customer service and problem resolution skills
requirements:
6 months customer service preferred
quiet place to work with no distractions
must have high speed hardwire internet (wi-fi will not work)
minimum processing speed of 25 mps download and 5 mbps upload required – 50 mps download and 10 mbps upload required if you are sharing your internet connection
internet compatibility test to be run through:
amazon connect endpoint test utility (connect-tools.net)
working personal phone for communication during training
client will provide equipment
candidate must be able to come to the local site (2) times
1st time - for info session and schedule selection
2nd time - for equipment pick up (the wednesday/thursday prior to start date)
shifts:
monday -friday, mandatory 2-week training class prior to production
schedules post training for this class are between 11am-11pm
everyone is required to work one weekend day (saturday or sunday)
