adecco staffing is hiring! we are working with a client located in strongsville, oh who is looking to hire 2 gravure coater machine operators.

positions:
day shift - shift hours: 5:45pm-6:00am
mid-night shift - shift hours: 5:45am-6:00pm
shift schedule: 12-hour schedule – week 1 – monday, tuesday, friday, saturday & week 2 – sunday, wednesday, thursday, then repeat back to week 1 (off every other friday, saturday, sunday)
position overview:
the coater machine operator will operate a gravure coater (gravure is a type of printing process) applying solvent/epoxy/water-based coatings to coils of aluminum. perform setup, troubleshoot, run and washup equipment. some computer skills required to input volume and hours into an erp system and to adjust the equipment settings for tensions, line speed, brake, oven controls, etc. quality control testing knowledge with using lab equipment would good but not required.
physical requirements – adjusting fork lift forks, manually moving 130# shaft 2-6x’s daily (removing from coil), 55 gallon drum tipping, 50% standing/walking (setup, run and washup of equipment) and 50% seated (inspecting product, paperwork and computer entries).
hourly rate: $19.00 with a shift differnetial of $1.00/hr (midnight shift only).
