The plant inspector (api 510, api 570, api 653). - saudi arabia, yanbu al bahr

-the inspector should have min 2 api certifications (api 510, api 570, api 653)
-inspector should poses minimum 5+ years of in-service experience and should be experienced to carry out below mentioned activities
carrying out detail external/ internal / and onstream inspections for static equipment’s (pressure vessel, column, heat exchanger, heaters, boiler, etc.) and piping.
• issue recommendations based on observations and generate detail report.
• issue repair scope and carry out repair inspections.
• carry out thickness monitoring inspections.
• calculating remaining life and next internal inspection
• carry out material receiving inspection of piping and equipment spares.
• carryout welding inspections, and repair inspections for piping and static equipment’s ( in-service and off service.)
• carry out all type of ndt inspections.
• carryout pressure vessel manufacturing stage inspections.
• able to make a detail inspection scope of work for shutdown / ta static equipment’s and piping.
• experience in prv, psv overhauling and calibration inspection.
• review of contractor quality documents (welding procedures, itp, repair procedures mos and other).
• review of contractor inspection reports.
