adecco is assisting a customer in north attleboro, ma who is recruiting for an accounts payable specialist. the rate of pay for this opportunity is $20.00 - $25.00 depending on experience.
as the accounts payable specialist, you will be responsible for entering invoices per 3-way match, prioritizing payment terms. seek appropriate approvals for invoices that do not have a po. process vendor payments by check, ach, or wire. respond timely to all vendor and internal inquiries. reconcile vendor statements and research discrepancies.
job requirements:
the customer requires an associate’s degree in accounting with 2+ years’ experience in a high volume, full-cycle accounts payable role with excellent attention to detail, communication skills and ability to multitask.
