we are looking for procurement expeditor on urgent basis for one of the leading oil & gas company at yanbu

duties and responsibilities: -
- maintaining tracking report of issued po -ddp & international.
- follow up with vendors to acknowledge the po
- close follow up with supplier on shipment readiness.
- floating rfq' s to vendor on freight quotes.
- closely follow-up from shipment collection.
- arranging chemical permits with the help of gro in advance.
- arranging saso & saber certificate in advance.
- coordination for duty exemption & refund.
- arranging mot & rc permit for oog cargo with transporter.
- follow up on shipment pre-clearance with broker without any demurrage.
- arranging marine & in-land insurance
- arranging duty payment.
- coordinating on timely delivery.
- arranging shipping document for repair and return shipment.
- handling repair and return shipment.
- arranging inland transport to meet operations urgent requirement.
- maintaining kpi report.
- follow-up with finance on vendor payment.
- resolving vendor dispute on invoice and payment.
- follow up with end user on issuing grn.
- bringing competitive vendors for cost effectiveness and better services.
- supporting in contract finalization for customs broker, courier services, sample handling services.
- developing logistics process to support department if required.
- must be expertise in sap .
- candidate should have min experience of 6 years.
