- making outbound calls to either warm or hot leads provided, to assist them by answering questions in regards to visas they are interested in applying for and signing them up. - handling outbound telemarketing and providing excellent client service. - responding to incoming emails and phone queries. - achieve monthly sales target. - previous experience in sales, negotiation, consulting, insurance, collection or recruiting services. - strong interpersonal skills. - ability to communicate effectively and concisely with clients. - must be a team player. - ability to work under pressure. - 2 year immigration industry experience is must. note : - do not apply if you do not have immigration industry experience.
