we are seeking an a/c dispatcher/customer service rep. to join our team. you will be responsible for helping customers, scheduling appointments, answering heavy phones, and follow up.

responsibilities:
* handle customer inquiries and complaints.
* answer phones and schedule a/c & plumbing jobs.
* document and update customer records based on interactions.
* develop and maintain a knowledge base of services we provide.
* coordinate logistics by efficiently scheduling appointments.

qualifications:
* previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields.
* ability to build rapport with clients.
* ability to prioritize and multitask.
* positive and professional demeanor.
* excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* at least one year of experience using desco/intro inventory, but we will train.
* prior dispatcher experience.
