job requirements
good with hand tools (drills, wire cutters, etc)
basic knowledge of tools
able to climb ladders and walk on roofs
able to carry 40+ lbs
willing to work outside
dependable transportation
crew leader must have leadership experience
full time or part time! flexible.
crew leaders up to $40 per hour
installers up to $25 per hour
