customer service advisor croydon gbp24k perm job overview our customer service advisor will be a key team member who will be fielding all inbound calls and emails and assisting with any form of customer queries and complaints. this could range from service, finance or product related queries. their role would be to co-ordinate and assist. responsibilities and duties to be the first point of contact for all customer queries and complaints; providing prompt, accurate and courteous responses to customers. to deal with all queries taking ownership of issue from start to finish and liaising internally where required to obtain the correct information but always being the one point of contact with the client. able to liaise confidently with accounts department particularly regarding settlements, payments. adhoc administrative duties. accurately record and log interaction with customers and update crm system and complaints log. must be able to retrieve information and create reports for management. knowledge of company procedures and policies to address issues such as cancellations, contracts, and settlements
