brook street is working with a growing insurance company that is seeking to hire an sme account manager on a full-time, permanent basis.
main duties:
to support the preparation and implementation of business plans and goals.
to work on building long term relationships with key client decision makers and keep updated with any changes.
to provide the best service delivery to clients as the account manager, ensuring their needs are met and in line with agreed service standards.
identify and implement strategies to ensure the business is retained.
knowledge, skills, abilities and experience:
strong written and oral communication and interpersonal skills
self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
determination to complete tasks to a high standard and to deadlines
attention to detail
committed to developing knowledge and expertise
insurance industry experience - preferably 2-3 years handling across different products
experience working to fca compliance
knowledge and confidence to advise clients on their requirements and needs
