location: lincoln magistrates court
hours: monday - friday (37 hours)
pay: between 11.28ph
this is an long term ongoing temporary position with the possibility of a further extension at the discretion of the business requirements.
role overview:
we are currently recruiting for a full time administration officer to join the team at the lincoln magistrates court which is office based joining the legal team. the administrative officer is to carry out a variety of administrative duties that may include allocating magistrates sittings using a bespoke database; admin support for magistrates recruitment & training within the legal support team;
responsibilities include:
liaising with internal and external stakeholders
completing general admin duties
responding to phone and email queries
draft standard letters correspondence
maintain detailed records/information

strong communication
knowledge of microsoft packages e.g excel, powerpoint, outlook
ability to work on your own as well as part of a team
experience working in an administrative role
strong it skills
