Job description : company being established in 1977, the company owns and operates farms for domestic birds. they are currently looking for an it specialist to be based in bahrain. duties & responsibilities: responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems, network servers, and virtualization install and upgrade computer components and software, manage virtual servers, and integrate automation processes troubleshoot hardware and software errors, documenting problems and resolutions, prioritizing problems, and assessing impact of issues plan and implement new or upgrades of it infrastructure perform regular backup operations and implement appropriate processes for data protection, disaster recovery, and failover procedures lead desktop and helpdesk support efforts, making sure all desktop applications, workstations, and related equipment problems are resolved in a timely manner with limited disruptions responsible for capacity, storage planning, and database performance qualification & requirements: b.sc. in computer science/ b.sc. in business information system/ b.sc. in computer engineering at least 3 years of experience in the same role relevant certifications in linux, microsoft, or other network related fields experience in networking domain protocols and business applications and general knowledge in servers hardware and software, scripting and automation tools excellent analytical skills strong knowledge in microsoft office a proven track record of developing and implementing it strategy and plans
