we are currently looking for an experienced guest services coordinator located in ascot. our client is a luxury 5-star hotel in ascot. the successful guest services coordinator will be responsible for welcoming guests on arrival and making them feel at home. they'll also assist guests as they check in and out, and communicate your expert knowledge on hotel facilities.

the person

the guest services coordinator will have:

bring your unique personality and passion to the role and the teamhave a talent for welcoming guests and building a relationship with themhave great communication skills with a strong customer service ethicideally have experience using the pms system, operabe excellently presented at all times
