customer services team administrator - the role:
we are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced administrator to join our customer services team at north star campus. you will undertake a comprehensive range of tasks covering administration, customer service, postal, advice and guidance to support student recruitment and enrolment at the college as well as helping to staff the main reception desk.
this role requires a flexible approach towards tasks and working hours to meet customer and business needs on a seasonal basis.
there is an expectation you work all core college events including open evenings and open day.
customer services team administrator - key responsibilities:
- provide administrative support for both the school liaison and adult admissions teams and duties associated with delivering front of house services
- support the adult admissions and school liaison team with student enrolments at busy times of the year
- operate the main college switchboard and act as the first point of contact for college customers
- process student enrolment and offers in ebs as directed by the school liaison coordinator
- assist with a range of customer service activities during college events
customer services team administrator - you:
- minimum level 2 in maths and english
- an up to date working knowledge of microsoft office
- minimum of level 2 qualification in customer service/receptionist service or extensive experience
- experience of working in a fast-moving front of house position and previous switchboard experience
- first class written and verbal communication skills
- experience in adapting interpersonal skills to meet customer expectations
