with a positive company culture and embedded employee values, we’re looking for an experienced customer services advisor to join our growing customer services team, ensuring we continuously deliver a first-class experience.

with first-hand experience in online customer services, you will join a team passionate about customers, ensuring our customers are always given the best possible service.

in this role you will:

handle customer service queries ranging from product identification assistance, to courier queries, delivery discrepancies/damages, warranty issues and customer back orders.
assist with the identification of spare parts for coffee making equipment utilising line drawings and supplier websites.
liaise with suppliers to obtain delivery dates for back ordered items.
liaise with couriers to resolve delivery issues.
follow the required processes, when dealing with all types of customer queries.
ensure customer queries are answered quickly and efficiently.
raise customer complaints, ensuring the customer is kept updated through to resolution.
work as part of the team, assisting colleagues as and when required.
identifying trends, where changes will improve the customer experience.
achieve set objectives and kpi’s.
identify improvements and be part of the implementation of new processes to make the customer experience first class.

about you:

passionate about delivering excellent customer service.

previous experience of working in a small but dynamic online customer services team.
possess a common sense, problem-solving approach.
be comfortable learning about technical products, reviewing line drawings and accurately identifying spare parts for coffee engineers.
ability to assimilate information from multiple systems.
excellent communicator – must be proficient with written communications.
customer orientated.
empathic to customers.
it literate and comfortable working with new technology.
a technical background or experience in a similar role is preferred.
proven track record of achieving objectives and kpis.
ability to forge strong working relationships with the team and other departments within the business.
calm and engaging and able to work under own initiative.
able to offer solutions, as and when required.

working hours: monday – friday 9am – 5:30pm.
