short, early-morning, in-home visits to provide the essence of nursing care and then go about your day.
i broke my neck and was paralyzed 37 years ago. but i don't let that stop me. i went to law school and have a busy, thriving practice out of my home office in overland park. i just need help getting ready every morning:

-light bed bath
-dressed in bed
-slide-pivot transfer to the wheelchair
-a few pills (mostly vitamins)
-some personal hygiene (teeth, shaving, hair, skin)
-set me up with my phone in front of my computer

and you're done!

some very small nurses have worked for me and can handle me no problem. it just takes learning the system (which is admittedly counterintuitive).

if you're good and you can learn the routine/system, you can make more than $50 per hour!
i pay by the visit to give incentive to get done quickly. $75 for regular days (60-90 minutes); $150 for more involved days (120-180 minutes).

all taxes are taken out and payday is every 2 weeks by direct deposit through adp payroll company.
