Maintenance manager - united kingdom, maybole, south ayrshire
privately owned five star large rental property in its own estate outside kirkmichael, ayrshire. we currently have a position available for a part time maintenance manager
salary: will be competitive depending on experience
maintenance manager (24 hours per week - flexible days & hours)
duties will include:
general maintenance and upkeep of property and grounds
cleaning of gutters and windows
weed control/maintenance of hedges, lawns and trees
upkeep of land on woodland walks
maintaining log supply from own woods using log splitter
painting and remedial works inside and out
routine maintenance of biomass boiler
maintenance jobs as and when they occur
mechanically minded
personal attributes required:
positive attitude organised; good communication skills; work to consistently high standards; pro-active attitude; flexible approach; team orientated
