we are looking for an experienced lettings professional to take on the role of lettings manger. this is a great opportunity for an existing lettings manager looking for a new challenge or an experienced assistant lettings manager/senior negotiator looking for the next step.

you will be involved in managing all aspects of the lettings side of our business with a view to growth and expansion, this will include amongst others:

- viewings

- valuations

- new tenancy set up

- prospecting for new business

- property management

- brand awareness

- marketing

- accounts

- diary management

hours of work will be monday - friday 9:00 - 17:30 with saturdays on rota (day in lieu provided). you will be based at our sevenoaks branch but with the opportunity for partial home working to be offered to the right candidate.

experience in a lettings role is essential.

we mainly operate within a 10 mile radius of sevenoaks but this can extend further afield so having your own vehicle and a valid driving licence (with less than 6 points) is essential.

the salary is negotiable depending on experience.

benefits will include:

- salary: £25,000-£30,000 per year

- ote: £35,000-£40,000 per year

- holiday allowance 23 -25 days per annum depending on experience + bank holidays

- commission guarantee given during probation period

- fuel expenses paid

- potential for partial home working

- quarterly bonus structure

- additional bonus for solicitor/mortgage referrals

candidates will need to have exceptional communication skills, act with honesty at all times, be confident with it systems and work well in a team.

the initial ote will be between £35,000 and £40,000 and will be comprised of salary and commission. with the areas that we are covering and the huge potential for new business this role offers further career opportunities as well as increased earning potential!

this job is suited for someone who is hungry to succeed and wants to work with a successful company in a fast paced and exciting role. although management experience would be an advantage it is not essential, as long as you have industry experience and are regularly carrying out valuations then this could be the perfect job for you.
