responsibilities

provide outstanding customer service for the patient; excellent chair side manner.assist the doctor with all dental procedurestake radiographs of patients using standard dental radiographic equipmentperform efficient and accurate procedures to help maintain doctors’ schedule and patient flow; create no patient wait time; maintain time flexibility for patient; be present, engaged, ready to work at all assigned shift times.help clean the office and treatment roomsresponsible for sterilizing all clinical equipment throughout the workday and maintaining a clean and orderly workflow.maintain a clean, sterile environment. sterilize and disinfect instruments and equipment and clean each clinical chair/instruments in accordance with the american dental association guidelinesmaintain adequate supply levels in each chair, replenishing as neededwork closely with team members to ensure appropriate and adequate clinical supplies are availablemaintain strict compliance with state, federal, and other regulations, (e.g., osha, wc, dental board, hipaa, ada, dol, hr policies and practices).after care communication (care calls, note cards etc...)follow organizations safety policies and procedureshave knowledge and understanding of dental terminology sufficient to perform job successfullyassist with other office duties as requested or needed


qualifications

outstanding positive attitude and demeanorprior dental experience highly preferredstrong interpersonal and relationship building skillsexcellent verbal and written communication skillsknowledge of all company policies and rulesability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environmenthigh school or equivalent
