fawkes and reece are currently assisting a uk based boutique developer in their search for a an assistant quantity surveyor to join their team. this is an opportunity to be site based in south london assisting on a 400 unit residential scheme on a 12 month contract.
our client is a uk wide developer that take pride in the developments they deliver and have regenerated various mixed use schemes across the uk.
this is an opportunity for an assistant quantity surveyor to join the team on a long-term freelance basis or temp to perm. they are looking for someone that has a proven track record working providing support with a main contractor, or developer working on schemes from £15m.
for this role, our client is looking to pay a competitive day rate with a guarantee 12 months plus contract of work.
