long term freelance opportunity for a senior quantity surveyor in st albans paying competitive day rate
fawkes and reece are currently assisting a uk based main contractor in their search for a senior quantity surveyor to join their team. this is an opportunity to be site based in st albans leading a £50m new build residential scheme on a 12 month contract.
our client is a main contractor that take pride in the developments they deliver and have regenerated various commercial, education, residential and other schemes across the uk.
this is an opportunity for a senior quantity surveyor to join the team on a long-term freelance basis. they are looking for someone that has a proven track record working providing freelance support with a main contractor, running schemes from £30m+ as the lead surveyor.
for this role, our client is looking to pay a competitive day rate with a guarantee 12 months plus contract of work.
