an amazing opportunity for an experienced senior quantity surveyor to work with a market leading main contractor with a network of offices across the uk. our client is a specialist main contractor working with some of the largest partners delivering both large scale refurbishments, d&b and new build schemes. with a rich and vast heritage our client prides itself on strong values, established over 100 years of service. they have a great reputation delivering a variety of construction projects across healthcare, education, commercial, residential, leisure, student accommodation and mod scheme from small value to major £100 million + scheme
this is an opportunity to work within one of their most successful regions within london office. you will be based site-based working on a live existing hospital scheme. the project has 12 months left to run and consists of a steel frame new build hospital worth over £100 million. the project is under nec form of contract and our client is ideally looking for someone with this contract type or healthcare experience.
as senior quantity surveyor, you will be responsible for dealing with subcontract packages, procurement, variations, payment of subcontract and reporting up to the commercial manager who is site based.
