hourly pay rate while working in this role is $25.65/hr.

the ideal candidate must be able to:
receive, prioritize, and process incoming phone and email requests for any or all of the following: salt & snow removal, landscaping, pest control, security, plumbing, electrical, roofing and hvac repairs.
schedule work with approved vendors or forward requests to supervisor based on established criteria (e.g., dollar amount of request).
follow up with field personnel and vendors upon project completion, including timing and quality.
process invoices for construction and facility maintenance.
prepare various construction documents (e.g., afes and contracts).
maintain and update database and files of vendors and subcontractors.
education/certification requirements:
high school education/bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
2 years’ experience in commercial property management.
experience requirements:
2 years’ experience in commercial property management.
proficient in microsoft word and microsoft excel.
demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet specific deadlines.
effective oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
experience in general commercial construction.
experience with billing and scheduling vendors / subcontractors.

this role is not remote but onsite/hybrid; thus, open to candidates near/in/around holland, mi.
