we are looking to recruit a technical administrator within our machinery and engineering team based at our blaydon site in newcastle. this is an entry level position, where we will provide training to develop someone's technical skills but being a strong administrator is essential.

the role involves supporting the systems team in maintaining and distributing spare stock. assisting in the pre-delivery inspection of new machines ahead of despatch, whilst maintaining a high level of customer service.

provide ongoing administration support to customers with antalis packaging machines.distribute technical information to customers and engineers.provide efficient and effective administrative support at all times.core documentation maintenance.carry out pre-delivery inspections prior to despatch.maintain stocks of machine spares to adequate levels and despatch parts to customers.keep inside sales systems updated and engineers up to date where necessary.communicate and co-ordinate the transportation of machines and spares deliveries from suppliers and to customers.ensure stock levels are maintained and updated correctlyprocess spares orders including placing orders with suppliers and despatching to customerwe welcome applications from candidates who have any of the following skills: administration, stock levels, engineering, machines, core documentation
