adecco creative & marketing is looking for a product specialist to assist the product data team of one of the largest manufacturers of luxury furniture. in this position you will be maintaining data associated with products, including pricing, dimensions, care instructions, design history, key features, and compliance details. if you are very knowledgeable in excel, are organized, have great communication, and work well with others, you should apply today!

6 month assignment, high possibility to become permanent

 

responsibilities:

  • ensure the timely and accurate creation of new skus to support product launches via csv upload and/or direct data entry into relevant systems maintaining strict adherence to data integrity standards.
  • audit sku and product level data to ensure adherence to data integrity standards.
  • gather, organize, and execute updates to product information including but not limited to cost, price, or other facets are made in a timely and accurate fashion.
  • work closely with merchants and/or vendors to gather relevant product information.
  • collaborate with members of the product team to ensure relevant information is captured and disseminated across all systems of distribution including but not limited to order entry, ecom, and pim platforms.
  • look for opportunities to streamline and improve workflows and processes with a laser focus on operational excellence and continuous improvement.
  • perform additional responsibilities as requested to achieve business objectives of the team.

    qualifications:

  • 2-3 years’ experience in a fast-paced retail or wholesale environment working with erp systems and/or content management systems.
  • superior attention to detail.
  • strong excel / csv skills; comfortable working with and manipulating large data sets.
  • knowledge of netsuite a plus.
  • ability to work effectively with a variety of internal and external business partners.
  • ability to work independently and manage multiple projects, with excellent time management skills.
  • excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
  • ability to take direction, constructive criticism and to work within specified deadlines.
