1.greet patients
2.coordinate patient flow
3. calling to schedule patients
4. calling to confirm apts.
5.working on schedule and emr
6. stock office supplies
must have qualifications/experience:
1.high school diploma / ged
2.3+ years of related work experience, including data entry
3.3+ years of experience in a medical office setting
4.ability to read and interpret office forms and insurance cards and understand referrals
5.bilingual (english/spanish) language proficiency
6.microsoft experience
