permanent - 35 hours we have big goals over the next few years. we're going to be fighting for mental health in a way we never have before. together we'll be working to make sure everyone experiencing a mental health problem gets the support and respect they deserve. will you join us? in these unprecedented and challenging times, mind is needed more than ever. mind has an ambitious new strategy in which our corporate partners play a significant role, to ensure everyone experiencing a mental health problem gets support and respect. the product & development team sits within the corporate partnerships team, with the aim of enabling the team to deliver more impactful partnerships. from delivering added-value opportunities (pro-bono, volunteering, gift-in-kind), managing our local mind relationships, supporting the delivery of transformational partnerships, to delivering new insight led projects with large impact. in 2021/22, the team secured gbp650k worth of pro bono, volunteering and gik support, working with a range of partners such as deloitte, dunelm, youtube & itv. we are looking for a great relationship builder, project manager, someone who's self-motivated and creative, and also analytical and process driven. this is an exciting and ever-developing role which will help us to maximise the impact we can achieve for people with mental health problems through our corporate partnerships. you will be responsible for: -supporting and delivering our pro-bono, volunteering and gift-in-kind (gik) programme, which aims to engage our partners outside of the realms of fundraising in exciting ways, in order to help deliver more impactful partnerships, and to help mind achieve its aims and objectives. -supporting our network of local minds, through extending leads and opportunities, ensuring they're benefitting from our national corporate partnerships, and being their internal champion within the team. this support will help local minds sustain and develop their organisations, and the crucial mental health services that they deliver in their communities. closing date: 21st november 2022 mind reserve the right to close the vacancy to applications earlier, should we receive a high volume of strong candidates - therefore we encourage an early application. mind is committed to equality of opportunity for all staff, and applications from individuals are encouraged regardless of age, disability, sex, gender reassignment, sexual orientation, pregnancy and maternity, race, religion or belief and marriage and civil partnerships. please refer to the job description while completing your application as candidates will be shortlisted based on how closely they match the criteria.
