we're looking for someone who can rise to the challenge and lead on the marketing for our most exciting new venture. ambition institute will be offering initial teacher training for the first time in september 2024. this is an exciting new role where you will be helping us to shape and build a market for this new programme. we're looking for candidates who have previous experience in marketing or recruiting in the graduate marketplace, but this isn't an essential requirement. you will plan, implement and evaluate marketing campaigns starting in the spring of 2023. we would like you to: be the department expert on the initial teacher training market. lead on the development and refinement of ambition's candidate attraction strategy, marketing and communications plan and messaging for itt. based on audience and market insight, you will introduce and test new approaches for graduate and career changer recruitment. plan, implement, monitor and evaluate all marketing activity for the programmes you lead on. use data to establish what's working, the effectiveness of new and different approaches so we can adapt and optimise. work closely with the wider marketing team and our advertising agency to ensure strategies and plans for our various programmes are aligned. develop, create and commission campaigns, assets and materials that will generate leads and support the school partnership team and our delivery partners to make sales (including e-marketing, paid media, print, events, landing pages and bespoke account or advocate content). ensure any creative work is briefed effectively and manage suppliers to develop high-quality products efficiently and to budget. develop a deep understanding of the behaviours and motivations of people seeking a career in teaching and use this to shape and refine your campaigns and a consistent and optimised brand experience. you will be an expert on our customer and consumer audience and ensure knowledge about their needs, priorities and challenges is embedded in the marketing and communications department. work closely with your colleagues in the brand and content team to develop content based on audience insights or in response to regional and national recruitment patterns and trends to support the promotion of the initial teacher training programme. what's in it for you?
