take inbound calls, make outbound calls, and/or communicate via email with customerswork with customers on setting up payment arrangements, completing payment transactions, and other collection related issuesprovide outstanding service to customersanalyze bank statements to determine appropriate delivery adjustment, assess customer hardship, and provide appropriate reprievethe essential functions of this role include:
