our graduates receive starting offers of $75k, on average, while generating revenue for tech companies through outbound prospecting. you’ll also:
· respond, engage, and qualify hot inbound leads and inquiries about your company and product.
· effectively partner and work cross functionally with other teams within your organization in order to provide the best customer experience at all stages of the buying journey.
· schedule and lead discovery calls with prospects to provide qualified opportunities to account executives.

what are we looking for?
you don’t need experience in tech. we value progress over perfection, a can-do attitude over connections, and life experience over an academic pedigree. (we’re all about smashing elitism.) experience in customer-facing positions in the service, hospitality, event planning, retail, education, or a similar sector is a plus. our learners must be:
· highly motivated to work at a tech company full-time upon graduation.
· hungry to learn and grow, and open to feedback and coaching.
· a college grad
· someone who knows their way around a computer (word processing, web search, email).
· familiar with social media, including linkedin, and ability and willingness to learn new technology tools.
· a strong communicator (written and verbal).
