the liberty group is a prominent company that's been leading the way in multifamily property management staffing is currently hiring for exceptional and experienced groundskeepers / maintenance techs.

groundskeeper functions:

the essential functions include, but are not limited to:
-performs daily property walks of tour route
-ensure that pending move in units and target units are "market ready"
-complete basic maintenance tasks including turnover cleaning, light landscaping, and painting with minimal supervision
-keeps the exterior and interior of the property clear of trash and debris
-reports potential safety risk
-assist in trash-outs and general property clean up
-power washing sidewalks, buildings, etc.
-check smoke alarms & replace batteries as necessary
-replace switch plates, light bulbs & air conditioning filters

maintenance technician functions:

the essential functions include, but are not limited to:
-be able to perform facility maintenance tasks including hvac repairs, appliance troubleshooting and repairs
-hvac and cpo preferred but not mandatory
-knowledge in other maintenance areas including plumbing, electrical, drywall
-prepping apartments for new move ins
-inspect grounds and ensure it is free of trash and debris
-taking care of the pools
-be able to troubleshoot problems that come up while working and figure out how to solve the problems
-be a self-starter, responsible, and able to work with minimal supervision
-ability to handle physical workload
-maintain a professional demeanor at all times
-must always be courteous and helpful to residents, prospective residents and co-workers
-communicates effectively and on a regular basis with the maintenance supervisor and all staff members
