Inside sales representative - united states, new bedford

adecco staffing is working with a client in canton, ma! we are looking for qualified claim support specialists, this is a hybrid role and a temp-to-hire opportunity!


hours: 8:00am-5:00pm, monday-friday

pay: $25/hr + doe
 

summary:

reporting to the sales manager, this position is responsible for building new revenue opportunities from all customers and corporate profit margin whenever obtainable and ensuring that we deliver on opportunities.  develop relationships to promote sales growth through inbound and outbound contacts.  sales and service act as the liaison between the customer & all internal departments.  as such, customer responsiveness, teamwork, accuracy, and thoroughness are imperative to the position.

essential duties and responsibilities:

  • receive and process incoming customer requests for information and quotes promptly.
  • update current estimates to include current material costs and edit as needed (every 6 months).
  • process orders and change requests using set standards with complete information and details.
  • solves customer problems and complaints through collaboration with quality and other departments.
  • harvest all revenue opportunities with established customers by utilizing standard follow-up activities and searching for additional applications, increased volume, referrals, cross-selling and understanding the value proposition brought to the customer.
  • understanding pricing based on the value-based pricing model.
  • ensure all customer communication is made through hubspot, the data is up-to-date, clean, and tasks are always completed on time.
  • assists other customer care team members when appropriate.
  • notify sales management of customer concerns that may impact business relationship or profitability.
  • collaborate with hunting sales team through “new” to “established” customer lifecycle (definition of the customer lifecycle: a prospect, new customer, repeat customer stays with hunters until they have become an established customer (4+ deals) or at hunter’s discretion based on development opportunity).
  • follow the sandler sales process during customer engagement.
  • responsible for organized and clean work area.
  • ensure safe and efficient use of materials and equipment.
  • performs other related duties as assigned by management.
