1.perform electrical maintenance and repair activities on the floor, including other related tasks in the maintenance department as scheduled or as assigned. 2.perform the preventive maintenance plans effectively in order to prevent any sudden electrical failures. 3.troubleshoot problems diagnose and repair faults, using various types of test equipment, e.g. multi-meters, meggers, voltmeters, ohmmeters, and ammeters to measure electrical parameters 4.ensure the activities are performed with high consideration of safety, quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement. 5.ensure that instructions, policies, and procedures are followed. 6.proactively identify any nonconformities or potential problems related to machines, products or operations and collaborate to formulate corrective actions. 7.repair of electrical motors up to 60 hp including replacement of bearings and seals, installation of motor and connection of starters and circuits. 8.troubleshooting of electrical electronics faults on machines as per guidelines from technical manuals. 9.demonstrated ability to read, interpret wiring schematics, troubleshoot, and repair. 10.examine & test all incoming electrical equipment to the workshop & diagnosing faults, examine defective parts, winding & insulation values etc. & dismantles equipment in the electrical workshop. 11.hands-on experience or knowledge of instrumentation. (transducers, sensors vfd, plc, hmi, panel pc, dc drives)
