operators and pipe layers
-reliable transportation and dependability
-strong knowledge of equipment operation as well as pipe installation
-display a physical ability to utilize materials and tools specific to underground wet utility construction work
-have a good understanding of the industry’s hazards and safety precautions
-operators must show their skill as an operator to work around existing conditions, such as utilities, buildings, pipe labors, traffic, and other trades.
-general knowledge of osha safety regulations
-operators must be able to comprehend plans and survey staking as well as work as a team to complete the common goal of a timely job completion.
