title: patient service rep
location: onsite in newark
hours: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm, monday through friday.
pay rate: $21/hr
duration: 3 months temporary assignment, may extend.
duties:
- patient scheduling, entering demographics
- answering phones, office correspondence
- assist in pre-certifications paperwork, liaison with insurance companies in getting prior authorizations, appeal process if denied
ms office experience required. bilingual spanish skills required. knowledge of emr and/or scheduling systems preferred.
