company description iinenco has over 50 years of consultancy experience working in energy and utilities management; responding to the changing needs of our customers. this gives us the expertise and insight to help successfully control costs, improve margins, achieve regulatory compliance and protect operational resilience. our customers include leading organisations across sectors from manufacturing to hospitality and retail to logistics. we also support the delivery of public sector services with a particular focus on health, social housing and education. position as an esos lead assessor / sustainability consultant you will be supporting inenco s clients that include leading organisations across sectors from manufacturing to hospitality and retail to logistics. along with supporting the delivery of public sector services with a particular focus on health, social housing and education. you will be tasked with managing a portfolio of client contracts across a range of sectors and will be responsible for ensuring that the contracts are delivered to a professional standard and within budget. in this role you will be involves all aspects of carbon and energy related consultancy products and services that are delivered by the wider inenco solutions team. as an esos lead assessor / sustainability consultant your responsibilities will include eligibility assessment and applications, and provision of product deliverables, which may include reports, liaison with scheme administrator on behalf of the client, project management of implementation of measures, and generation of appropriate evidence packs. typical services include esos, secr, ghg reporting, euets, ccas, energy audits, energy performance contracts and sustainability/decarbonisation strategy. requirements as an esos lead assessor ideally you will be educated to degree level in an engineering, electrical engineering (preferred) or scientific discipline (stem) perhaps you will have worked previously in an energy management/energy consultancy role. drawing on your knowledge of providing sustainability and/or decarbonisation strategies and the management and delivery of legislative energy and carbon schemes, you will be required to identify energy reduction opportunities on-site and ensure that clients are kept up to date and compliant with all aspects of relevant energy/climate change legislation. this is a homebased/remote role, covering different parts of the midlands, east anglia and southern parts of the country - therefore a driving license is an essential criteria for this role. other information in return for your hard work and dedication you will receive a competitive salary, car allowance, and mileage along with; annual pay related appraisals car allowance 25 days holidays plus bank holidays, plus option to purchase/sell additional leave regular cpd sessions benefits platform - gym membership, cycle to work, retail discounts plus many more fan club awards employee recognition for contributions from all employees recognising team players, service excellence and continuous improvement winners get gbp250 of vouchers we have chosen to work with our friends at allen & york who are managing the recruitment process for inenco.. to apply, please send your cv to spencer cooney, (url removed) or apply here. please note that any candidates that approach inenco directly will be forwarded to allen & york for consideration
