multi utility operations manager: gas, water, electric salary/package - gbp45,000 - gbp60,000 basic + car & benefits alecto recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced regional manager for a role based in cumbria our client are specialists throughout the uk for multi utility connections. the role the operations manager has overall accountability and responsibility for the multi utility delivery in their area and will maintain and improve safety, quality and productivity. they will mentor and motivate their project managers, multi disciplined engineers to assist the company to achieve its goals and objectives. the manager will have excellent customer care relations to ensure complete customer satisfaction which will aid future and repeat business. manage and increase the efficiencies of the region. implementing and enforcing company regulations. oversee financial management of major suppliers. oversee contract/tender negotiations. conduct project visits to assess conditions and recommend changes. ensure quality standards are met at all times. preparing, reviewing and reporting on budgets and expenditure. attending conferences, events and meetings. ensure that safe working practices are maintained at all times. requirements: degree/hnc nebosh/iosh - h&s trained excellent knowledge of multi utility installations -gas/water/electricity networks financial and business acumen. thorough understanding of the business drivers and the support mechanisms. strong leadership skills knowledge of industry regulations package: basic salary up to gbp60k plus; car allowance, pension, private healthcare and life assurance. full uk drivers licence to apply for this role and find out more details, please forward your cv to lee scarth, alecto recruitment.
