Job purpose: to provide aquality investment product guidance and support to both clients andrelationship managers in order to optimize the sales of investments to hnw /uhnw clients. accountabilities: a) salesprocess: present investment alternatives to clients and staff guide themon the features of products explain and resolve customer issues related toproduct. provide face-to-face personal investment guidance on personalassets. offer investment education to existing and potential clients byproviding investment consultations. develop depth of understanding across the rm population b) product& market brief: rollout internal and external product and investment market briefings ensuring allstakeholders are kept abreast of developments, trends and relevant updates.ensure feedback and ideas for content / format are continuously fed back to theinvestments team. c) salestarget : deliver sales of products and services and meet team salestargets. ensure right products are offered to right customers through matchinglifestyle goals / risk profiles with products.execute the level of activity necessary so that the team can achievesales goals d) newbusiness: implementmarketing and sales programs to acquire new business in order to increase themarket share and cross sell for consumer banking. develop networks for new business opportunities build excellent working relationships with internal clients identify new business opportunities within existing clientportfolios e) clientmanagement: manage and communicate with designatedclients to ensure they receive the appropriate customer service and theirissues are addressed fully and promptly.client interface is in the form of joint fieldwork together with therelevant rms. support leads from branch staff for cross selling investmentproducts and services. meet with clients and guidethem on investment strategies, taking into account a client%27s needs. evaluate a client%27sfinancial data or investment objectives and provide guidance based on theclient%27s risk profile and personal financial statements. complete product placement packs on behalf of clients. f) client feedback : execute clientfeedback program and analyze customer satisfaction to ensure plans, service andproducts can be modified support investment reviews with clients to validate the clients%27current investment choices generic accountabilities: g) reports :report on client particulars and activity and recommend resolution of clientissues and closures corporate governance &compliance: work fully within: risk policies and procedures and allcompliance regulations. a) education/ qualifications: bachelor's degree inbanking/management/finance/investment analysis. b) knowledge: sound knowledge of portfolio management, investment analysis and variousinvestments products c) experience: 5- 8 years in banking with minimum of 3years in managing client portfolios (priority / private banking environment). d) accreditation: cfa level i or claritas. e) generic& specific skills: excellent communication skills excellent negotiation skills analytical thinking risk management orientation bilingual in arabic & english proficient in it (ms office & banking software)
