Bookkeepers are responsible for several duties related to managing financial records these responsibilities may include:
• processing payments, invoices, income and receipts and entering data into accounting software or databases then filing hard copies. includes managing the ap inbox
• preparing financial statements showing business income and expenditure
• verifying the accuracy of business accounts and alerting the corona team of errors
• recording any inconsistencies to help the corona team reconcile inaccuracies
• developing monthly financial statements including cash flow, profit and loss and balance sheets
• managing employee expense reimbursements and submitting docs to corona team
• helping the corona accounting department with administrative duties and preparing reports as requested/applicable
• reconciling vendor and credit card statements and provide details to corona team
• process employee labor hours/update spreadsheet for payroll
• handling az deposits into bank account and processing/scanning data for corona team
