this will be a business analyst position that requires someone with strong technical skills. this position is also within the hr/procurement/labor hiring department and the ideal candidate has a background within hr systems and working with stakeholders in those areas

top 5 daily responsibilities 

  • partner with internal business teams and cross-functional stakeholders in executing delivery roadmaps and associated system requirements for extended workforce processes. 
  • build consensus, collaborate with business teams by providing data-led insights that help drive resource allocation and utilization decisions. 
  • plan, prioritize, deliver, and support systems/integration solutions reporting tools/systems.
  • architect and design innovative solutions to automate and scale business systems.
  • analyze data/processes to provide insights and optimize solutions.
  • sql and g suite skills are mandatory

    other important skills:

  • perform impact assessment and effectively manage/communicate with the stakeholders. 
  • collaboratively triage, troubleshoot, and resolve issues.
  • mandatory

  • 6+ years experience in the same or a very similar role
  • some college education required (even if no degree was obtained)
  • extensive workforce management operations experience
  • ability to create effective relationships, influence, and collaborate internally and externally at all organizational levels; deep influencing skills to push things forward and remove roadblocks
  • can make complex systems, issues, and situations simple and drive clear decisions and communication
  • experience working with multiple data sources and combining relevant information to generate insights from analyses
  • proficient in g suite tools and sql
  • desired

    masters degree is ideal
