Job description discuss, design, configure & implement various business processes and maintain sap ariba. provide continuous support to maintain and improve utilization of business applications essential duties and responsibilities system configuration: analyze and configure sap ariba modules based on business requirement. troubleshooting all system related issues. support integration with other sap and non-sap modules work with implementation partners while implementing scm solutions functional consultation: write functional specifications and assist technical team in developing solutions. review scm related function modules and user exits. managing the custom solutions & interfaces should be able to translate the business requirements and to address them through sap configuration/customization/testing with minimum supervision. profile description 8+ years experience in sap out of that minimum 2 years in a procurement department of a large organization minimum 2 end to end implementations of ariba modules ensure smooth functioning of ariba modules deliver projects within agreed timelines rollout sap to new business area high sap system availability as per departmental standards document all the changes/updates in sap landscape through solution manager system upgrade plan and execution as per departmental objectives/ standards. deliver month end and year end activities with agreed timelines periodic review and update of user authorizations as per company standards
